Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our Customer Support Team
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details or photos if applicable.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
Note: Unauthorized returns or returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error, defective item, or product damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
