Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location, the items you order, and the shipping method selected. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Ground Shipping
  • Second-Day Shipping
  • Freight Shipping

Important Note: For lighter items, shipping costs may appear higher due to their physical dimensions. Shipping carriers calculate charges based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight, determined by the formula:
(Length × Width × Height) ÷ Dimensional Factor.

In an effort to minimize shipping costs for our customers, we may substitute shipping carriers at our discretion.


Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping options:

  1. Ground Shipping
  2. Second-Day Shipping (Expedited shipping is available)
  3. Freight Shipping

Expedited Shipping: Please note that the shipping time starts from when the product arrives at our facility (if not in stock) and not when the order is placed.


Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed on a business day before 4 PM will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • Out-of-Stock or Special Orders: Items not in stock are typically received from the manufacturer within 2-3 business days and shipped immediately. For manufacturer-direct shipments, delivery may take 5-6 business days.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Ground Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: As quickly as 2 business days

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. You may also activate SMS notifications during checkout for real-time updates.


Payment and Charges

  • Your account will be charged as soon as you finalize your order.
  • If a product is on backorder, we will notify you immediately and ship it as soon as it arrives. Please note that backorders cannot be canceled once placed.

Special Shipping Requests

  • Multiple Addresses: We can ship orders to multiple addresses. Contact us to arrange this.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: We ship to these locations; however, additional charges and delivery delays may apply.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Additional costs and delays may apply.

Restricted Shipping Options

  • COD Orders: We do not accept COD orders.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we  ship worldwide.
  • Hazardous Items: Some hazardous items can be shipped via UPS.
  • Oversized Items: Oversized parts may incur additional shipping costs. We will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Order Issues and Address Changes

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Please refer to our team for assistance with incorrect shipments.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, contact us for support. For packages protected by Extend, you may file a claim for loss, damage, or theft.
  • Address Changes: If your shipping address changes before dispatch, contact us immediately to update the information. Additional charges may apply.
